14-18th August 2015 (Friday-Tuesday) - Arabian Horse Days 2015 - Horse Studs at Janów Podlaski, Michałów and Białka - Poland.
Since 1970, each year in mid-August, Arabian horse breeders and enthusiasts from around the world have been coming to Janów Podlaski, for what is considered the World's Premier Arabian Horse Auction. The auction itself is a part of a larger annual event called 'Arabian Horse Days', which consists of the following major parts:
- 14-16th August (Friday-Sunday) - Polish National Arabian Horse Show, 37th Polish National Championships for Arabian Horses 2015 - Janów Podlaski,
- 16-17th August (Sunday-Monday) - 46th Pride of Poland
and Summer Arabian Horse Auction,
- 17th August (Monday) - Open Day at Janów Podlaski Stud
- 17-18th August (Monday-Tuesday) - Open Days at Michałów and Białka Studs.
The August auction determines the rhythm of studs' life, dividing the year into two periods: "before auction" and "after auction". However, horses can be purchased at studs throughout the whole year.

10-13th September 2015 will take place the 12th ECAHO European Championships for Sport Arabians at Janów Podlaski Stud.

The Janów Podlaski Stud, established in 1817, the oldest state-owned and operated horse stud in Poland, is also one of the most beautiful. Despite the name, the stud is situated two kilometers from Janów itself, in a village called Wygoda. Picturesquely set amidst lush meadows along the border river Bug, Janów Podlaski is undeniably a true "equine paradise". Although the breeding of purebred Arabians has been primarily responsible for Janów Podlaski's fame worldwide, the Stud's many achievements within the realm of Anglo-Arabian breeding are also worthy of recognition.
