24-25th April 2017 (Moday-Tuesday) - we participated in the 'CX Masterclass Warsaw 2017' training in the Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Świat S.A. at 6/12 Nowy Świat Street in Warsaw.
On the 24th of April took place a special supper with Eliana Medeiros and on the 25th of April a full-day training.
CX Masterclass is a series of meetings with the expert Eliana Medeiros dedicated to the Customer Experience and organized within the framework of the international project - Global Academy Customer Experience. Cities participating in the project are: Lisbon, Warsaw, London, Zurich, Stockholm, Kyoto, Lausanne, S. Paulo, Cape Town, Berlin, Dubai.
Eliana Medeiros is an expert in the field of Customer Experience with 17 years of experience in the luxury goods industry. She holds the 'Ritz-Carlton Service Excellence Certificate'.
She developed the company's strategies and managed a group of NetJets' customer service personnel, which is a leader in the private aviation market. NetJets' customers are UHNWI (Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals): CEOs, directors, the Royal Family, celebrities and top athletes who belong to 1% of the world's richest people and own more than 50% of global wealth.
Eliana became one of the first experts in the field of Customer Experience in Europe. She revolutionized the way NetJets and, consequently, the entire industry began to provide the Customer Experience.
First book by Eliana Medeiros entitled 'Welcome to the Experience Economy - an Introduction to Customer Experience by Eliana Medeiros' was published in Ferburary 2017.
Eliana studied in Portugal, as well as at leading universities in England and in the USA. She speaks three languages fluently and is a member of the association of experts in the field of Customer Experience. She is also a certified ICC trainer.
