The musicians performed the following pieces of work:
- Frederic Chopin - Piano Concerto in E-minor, op. 11
- Henryk Mikolaj Gorecki - the 4th Symphony
The Concert Hall was completely filled with music lovers. The piano virtuoso with the National Polish Radio Symphony and the conductor received long standing ovations.

Seong-Jin Cho is the winner of the 17th International Frederic Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw. He was born on the 28th May 1994 in Seoul. He studies at the Paris Conservatory under the direction of Michel Beroff.
He is also the winner of the International Chopin Piano Competition in Moscow (2008) and Piano Competition in Hamamatsu (2009). He won the third prize in the International Peter Tchaikovsky Piano Competition in Russia (2011) and in the International Arthur Rubinstein Piano Competition in Tel Aviv (2014).
He has performed with many famous orchestras in different parts of the world - Japan, Germany, France, Russia, Poland, Israel, China and the USA. He also participated in numerous music festivals - for instance in New York, Castleton, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Cracow.
The prestigious International Frederic Chopin Piano Competition is held every five years. It was inaugurated in 1927 by professor Jerzy Żurawlew. Today, it is one of the most important piano competitions in the world.
