Aspire Agency was founded in 2005 and is one of the first and longest successfully running wedding planning agencies in Poland.

Katarzyna Gajek is an indisputable specialist in the field of wedding ceremonies planning and organizing. As a wedding planner, she organized wedding ceremonies and parties for Małgorzata Kożuchowska, Katarzyna Zielińska, Marta Żmuda-Trzebiatowska, Agnieszka Hyży, Dorota Zawadzka, Lucas Podolski, Jakub Rzeźniczak and more than 300 wedding couples. She is frequently invited as an expert to radio and TV programmes and promotes the profession of the wedding consultant, as well as she convinces people to use the professional assistance with regard to organizing wedding ceremonies and parties. 
Since the beginning of her activity – for more than a decade, Kasia Gajek has been working towards the development and professionalization of the wedding market in Poland. It was one of the reasons why she launched the Aspire Academy, where she trains both - candidates for wedding planners and event managers in the hospitality and catering facilities, who want to specialize in serving the wedding customers.

Katarzyna Gajek is the co-author of two famous books devoted to the organization of weddings ceremonies and wedding parties: „Fair Guidebook – Wedding Ceremony and Party – a Compendium of Knowledge on Wedding Celebrations Preparation.’’ The book was published In 2009. It discusses a wide range of issues, starting from formal, through organizational matters and ending up with savoir-vivre. In 2015 under Zwierciadło publishing house another book by Kasia Gajek came out - “The Perfect Wedding”. It is a publication with magnificent photographs of the Polish wedding celebrations and at the same time collection of answers to more than 150 questions related to wedding ceremonies and parties.
